High School 11th-12th Grade Counselor

As the high school counselor at MTS, I meet regularly with students grades 11-12   in regards to supporting the academic achievement of ALL students. I provide guidance and encouragement to students facing difficult life situations. My role as a guidance counselor is to help any student in need of academic, social and emotional assistance. First and foremost I am a student advocate.

As the HS counselor, I instruct students concerning academic credits, standardized testing and college requirements. I often interact with students individually, in small groups, or as an entire class. I also consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, school psychologists, and other professionals to make sure our students receive the attention they need.

High School 9th-10th Grade Guidance Counselor

I am the high school counselor for grades 9 and 10. I have worked with high school students since 1996 in the Enumclaw, Auburn, White River, and Muckleshoot school districts. As a high school counselor, I believe my most important job is to help students deal with the issues that are getting in the way of achieving academic success. I will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and staff to help students be successful in all areas including academics, behavior, relationships, and career/college planning.  Please feel free to call, email, or drop in anytime with questions or concerns regarding your student.
